Certain Blessing Lights products may be suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement.

However, an indication that a product may be used outdoors does not necessarily mean that every component is waterproof, weatherproof, or suitable for direct exposure to severe weather conditions.

Unless expressly stated in the applicable product specifications, customers should take reasonable precautions to protect:

• Connectors.
• Cables.

• Other sensitive components.

Customers should avoid exposure beyond the product's stated specifications, including excessive moisture, standing water, flooding, heavy rain, storms, snow, extreme temperatures, or other severe environmental conditions.

Damage caused by environmental exposure outside the product's specifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address.

If a shipment cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible information, Blessing Lights may not be required to provide a refund and the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Shipping claims are subject to our applicable shipping, returns, and warranty policies.

Section 9 — Packages Marked as Delivered

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Blessing Lights will generally consider its delivery obligation fulfilled.

Blessing Lights is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently claimed by the customer to be missing when carrier tracking confirms delivery.

Customers should check:

• Their delivery location.
• Mailboxes or parcel areas.
• Reception desks.
• Building staff.
• Household members.
• Neighbors.
• Other persons who may have accepted the delivery.

A package received by another person at the delivery address or a customary receiving location may constitute completed delivery.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 10 — Warranty, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

All warranty claims, returns, exchanges, replacements, reshipments, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Warranty Policy.

Blessing Lights provides a 60-day limited warranty beginning on the date the carrier marks the order as delivered, subject to the conditions of that policy.

The 60-day limited warranty is not an unconditional trial period or a general right to use a product for 60 days and then return it.

Where an unused return is authorized, the product must satisfy all applicable return conditions, including being complete, unused, and in its original condition.

This may include returning:

• Original packaging.

• Remote controls.
• Cables.
• Connectors.
• Hooks.
• Clips.
• Adhesive materials.
• Mounting accessories.
• Other components originally included with the product.

Blessing Lights may reject a return if products, packaging, accessories, or components are missing, damaged, used, altered, or otherwise fail to comply with the approved return conditions.

Section 11 — Damaged or Defective Products

Visible shipping damage or damage present upon arrival must be reported within 3 calendar days after delivery, in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy.

Customers may be required to provide photographs and/or videos showing:

• Shipping label.

• Accessories.
• Reported damage or defect.

For functional or operational problems, Blessing Lights may require customers to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before a claim is approved.

Failure to provide reasonably requested evidence or complete reasonable troubleshooting may prevent us from verifying a claim.

Normal deterioration, consumption, loss of adhesion, or wear of mounting materials, adhesives, hooks, clips, or similar accessories resulting from installation or use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Section 13 — Free Gifts, Bonus Products, and After-Sales Items

Products provided free of charge, complimentary products, bonus items, promotional extras, goodwill products, replacement accessories, and other items for which the customer did not separately pay a purchase price are not independently eligible for monetary refunds.

A complimentary item's value may not be converted into cash or used as the basis for a separate refund.

Items supplied as part of an after-sales resolution are also not independently refundable unless Blessing Lights expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Where appropriate, Blessing Lights may offer another reasonable resolution for an eligible problem with a complimentary item.
